One of the best things about this time of year is the ability to drink what you want, when you want, completely guilt free. And what I want to drink is cocktails. Specifically Christmas Cake Martinis.
Ingredients
100 ml bourbon
10ml sugar syrup
10 ml cherry brandy
10 ml cognac
10 ml lime juice
2 x cherries
A dusting of ground cinnamon
Preparation
Wet the rim of the glass and coat with a dusting of cinnamon. Shake all the remaining ingredients apart from the cherries in a cocktail shaker with some ice. Strain the into a Martini glass, add the cherries.
